Doug Cooksey – Director
Doug has been involved with Property Development and Construction for 23 years.
As a Property Development Consultant he was involved with the Project Management of Bulky Goods retail, Residential Apartments, Subdivisions and Industrial warehousing. As a Builder he’s have managed construction projects with contract values over $45 million from Albany to Port Hedland. His last position was General Manager of FIRM Construction, a Perth Based Construction company.
All of these diverse project experiences have led to Doug founding Cooksey Property Group in 2017.
Stuart Cooksey – Senior Consultant
Stuart Cooksey is a retired architect and builder. His experience in retail development exceeds 50 years, initially as architect and project manager for a major retailer, and then as a partner of Merield Cooksey Group who were the developers and initial owners of the successful Boulevard group of shopping centres in regional Western Australia. In 2017, he established Cooksey Property Group with Doug Cooksey.
